2. Handover requirements

All goods must be truthfully informed of the true goods information before warehousing. If the warehouse checks and finds that the goods certificate is inconsistent, all responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the shipper.

All inbound goods shall be marked on each outer case. If there is no packing mark, we need to distribute the goods, and we need to charge 10 yuan/square for distribution, and 1 yuan/piece for packing mark.

3. Packaging requirements

The goods need to be packed in cartons or normal export packaging. If other different packaging is used, please inform our staff in advance to judge whether the goods can be shipped. If Amazon warehouse rejects the goods due to packaging problems or other problems, our company will not bear any responsibility.

Packaging requirements: 2 FBA labels and Make in China labels shall be attached to the outer box.

4. Ordering Instructions

Before placing an order, we need to fill in the account opening template provided by us and provide the corresponding company information.

The template of packing list invoice provided by us shall be filled in when placing an order. Please correctly fill in the corresponding shipping data. If the name of the filled product is inconsistent with the actual goods or the goods in the box are mixed with other dangerous goods, sensitive goods, etc. after the warehouse inspection, all responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the shipper.

After the order is placed and the goods data is measured, our company will send the goods data and the ordering channel and address to the customer for confirmation. Please confirm before loading. If you fail to confirm in time, please communicate with our company in time. If you fail to confirm in time and communicate with our company in advance, and the goods have been loaded and delivered, the shipper will be responsible

5. Requirements for goods

If the goods are brand goods or involve goods that need certification (such as FDA, UL, MSDS, CPC, CPSC, Bluetooth, fumigation inspection, etc.), please confirm with us in advance whether the goods need additional charges; If the goods are concealed or not provided for certification in time before customs declaration, resulting in the goods being detained or even returned, all responsibilities and related costs will be borne by the shipper.
